1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and the operator of MovieBari (“we”, “us”, “our”) covering your access to and use of this website and everything on it (the “Service”). By opening the site or pressing play, you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service.
Pay particular attention to the sections on third-party services, disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability. They set out the limits of what this Service promises, and they are the sections you are most likely to need.
2. What the Service is — and is not
MovieBari is a catalogue and index. It presents information about films, television, anime and browser games, and links to material that third parties have already published elsewhere on the internet.
Which providers appear, and in what order, changes automatically based on measured reliability. A provider having no source for a title, or disappearing entirely, is normal operation rather than a fault of the Service — see the Disclaimer.
3. Eligibility and minors
You must have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction to accept these Terms on your own behalf. If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms for you.
The catalogue is not age-filtered, and it lists titles carrying adult themes, violence and language. A parent or guardian permitting a minor to use the Service agrees to supervise that use and accepts responsibility for it. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children — see the Privacy Policy.
4. Your licence to use the Service
Subject to these Terms we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable and limited licence to access the Service for your own non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download the Service, or use bots, headless browsers or automated tooling against it beyond ordinary search-engine crawling permitted by our robots.txt.
- Copy, mirror, republish, resell or frame the Service or substantial parts of it, or build a competing index from data taken from it.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code beyond what applicable law expressly permits, or probe, scan or stress-test our infrastructure or its security.
- Interfere with the Service's operation, or with any measurement or advertising it carries, in a way intended to defraud an advertiser.
- Submit falsified reports, ratings or playback signals in order to manipulate how content or providers are ranked.
- Use the Service to break any law that applies to you, or to infringe anyone else's rights.
- Remove, obscure or alter any proprietary notice, attribution or credit shown on the Service.
Whether streaming a given title in your country is lawful depends on your local law and on the rights that apply to that title. That assessment is yours to make, and the responsibility is yours. The Service is not available in every territory, and access from some countries is blocked.
6. No accounts
There is no account system. You cannot register, and there is nothing to sign in to — every part of the Service is open to every visitor on the same terms.
Your list and your watch progress are kept by your own browser rather than by us, which has one consequence worth stating plainly: they exist only on the device that created them. Clearing your browser data erases them, and we hold no copy that could restore them. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
7. Third-party content and services
The Service embeds and links to material operated by other companies: video providers, YouTube, GamePix, TMDB, live TV and radio broadcasters, and advertising networks. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies, not ours.
We do not endorse, verify or take responsibility for third-party content, and we make no warranty about its legality, accuracy, safety or availability. Any dispute between you and a third-party provider is between you and them. If a third-party frame shows you something harmful or unexpected, tell us and we will remove the link.
8. Advertising and fees
The Service is free to use and is paid for by advertising. Ad formats include banners, native placements, a social bar and a popunder, plus a short countdown before playback starts. We do not control which specific advertisements a network serves, and an advertisement is not an endorsement.
We may introduce paid features in future. If we do, the price and terms will be shown before you commit to anything, and nothing you use today will start charging you silently. Your own costs — data, bandwidth, devices — are yours.
9. Intellectual property
The Service's own design, layout, text and code are protected by copyright and other laws. All films, series, artwork, posters, trailers, games, trademarks and logos referenced remain the property of their respective owners; their presence here is reference and identification, not a claim of ownership.
If you believe material linked here infringes your copyright, the process is on the DMCA Policy page and we act on valid notices within 24 to 72 hours.
10. Availability, and changes to these Terms
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may add, change, suspend or withdraw features, providers, titles or the whole Service at any time, with or without notice — including where a rights holder, a hosting provider or a regulator requires it.
We may update these Terms. The current version is always the one on this page and carries its last-updated date, August 17, 2026 at the time of writing. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not, stop using the Service.
11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate your access, remove content, and take any other step we consider appropriate if we believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the Service or its users. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why. You may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY TITLE WILL BE AVAILABLE, THAT ANY PROVIDER WILL PLAY, OR THAT CATALOGUE INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY THIRD PARTIES IS COMPLETE OR CORRECT.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER WE NOR OUR OPERATORS, CONTRACTORS OR SUPPLIERS ARE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — THE SERVICE, ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT REACHED THROUGH IT, OR ANY ADVERTISEMENT SHOWN ON IT, ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
The Service is free of charge. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose — which, unless you have bought something from us, is zero.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of MovieBari against any claim, liability, loss, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or from your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute — save that nothing here removes any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at mail.moviebari@gmail.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly. Most things are settled in an email.
16. Miscellaneous
- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
- No waiver. Not enforcing a provision on one occasion does not waive it.
- Headings. Section titles are for reference and do not affect interpretation.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, DMCA Policy and Disclaimer, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
- Contact. Questions about these Terms: mail.moviebari@gmail.com.
